Short Term Rehabilitation

The purpose of short term rehabilitation is to help residents regain or improve functional ability and return to their home and community. Residents receive intensive physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy to achieve this goal.

Nursing care at Pine Haven Care Center

Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy

Therapy services are available on-site. Therapy programs are individualized based on each resident’s goals.



Nursing Services

Nursing services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services are provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Trained Medication Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants.


Physician/Nurse Practitioner Services

Volunteer Services at Pine Haven Care Center  A licensed physician oversees all of the care that each resident receives. Physicians and nurse practitioners are on-site at various times throughout the week.


Social Services

Social services are provided by a licensed social worker. Social workers serve as advocates for our residents and are dedicated to the overall well-being of our residents.


Life Enrichment

Life enrichment services are individualized based on the needs and wants of each resident. Examples of life enrichment services include: one-to-one meetings, church services, bible study, trips/outings, and games.


Meal services at Pine Haven Care CenterDining Services

Dining services provide nourishing meals and snacks for our residents and their guests. Staff members are trained to prepare and serve a variety of diets and meet dietary requests.



Hospice services are available and coordinated with a community hospice provider.
