Pine Haven Care Center began service to the elderly in 1964 thanks to the vision of area volunteers. The original Care Center served 48 residents. Today, the Pine Haven Community campus can accommodate 70 for skilled nursing care at Pine Haven Care Center, along with 24 Assisted Living apartments at Evergreen Place.

Pine Haven Community offers short-term and long-term skilled nursing care, respite care, assisted living and rehabilitation services for residents and the community. Pine Haven offers robust activities geared for Seniors, individualized plans of care and services, created with resident and family involvement and much more. We are proud to have been part of the Pine Island community since 1964.
