Health Insurance Plan – Four different health plan options are available so staff can choose the best plan to meet their individual or family needs.
Two plan options are Free for all levels of coverage including family coverage! These plan options include a low deductible plan, or a high deductible HSA eligible plan. The monthly premiums for these two options are 100% paid by Pine Haven.
Paid Time Off – Pine Haven offers a very generous paid time off plan to help facilitate positive work/life balance with benefits starting at 3.5 weeks of paid time off per year.
Other Benefits Include: Dental, Life, Disability/Accident, employee assistance program, convenient free parking, referral bonus, scholarship/tuition reimbursement program and shift differential pay.
